Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.

The purchaser may exercise their right of withdrawal by means of a clear declaration to this effect, or by using the model declaration attached to these GTC or the interface provided for this purpose on the website. Receipt of the consumer's withdrawal notice made via the online interface will be acknowledged.

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.

The date of receipt (the date of receipt of the product) is the date of receipt of the order at the shop, or the date of delivery by courier to the customer's home. These can be proved by the invoice received at the shop or by the courier receipt. Personal delivery does not exclude the right of withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal, the product(s) must be returned to the seller’s premises (Plydesign Kft., 8492 Kerta, Dózsa u. 58.) at the consumer’s own expense and properly packaged. We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) and any other costs incurred, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the return of the product(s).

Delivery charges will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the entire order. The consumer shall bear only the direct cost of returning the goods, which depends on the parcel weight (HUF 2,000–30,000, approximately EUR 5–75).

The seller shall reimburse the purchase price of the returned product(s) and, in the case of withdrawal from the entire order, the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Please note that we can only refund the full purchase price paid by you upon withdrawal if you return the goods to us in the same condition and undamaged as when you received them. If it can be established that the product has been damaged during use (i.e. it has not legally been tried out), the value of the goods will be refunded less the depreciation of the goods.

Refund

The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless the buyer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the buyer shall not incur any additional fees.

We are unable to accept parcels returned cash on delivery (COD). Please inform us in advance of any return.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including but not limited to:

·        goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. engraved products),

·        goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,

·        sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,

·        goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items,

·        sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

The seller reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage resulting from improper use of the goods.
